What ever happened to Gricar?
By Wally EdgeWhen Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar disappeared in 2005 it made national news for about a week. Then the issued just disappeared. Here we are three years later and there is no word on what could have happened to the former DA. Now Montour County DA Robert Buehner, has accused current Center County DA Michael Madeira of ignoring certain leads in the case.
