News: Arizona

Republicans continue to pick fights with themselves. This time over nothing.

Yesterday the Arizona Republican Party had a mandatory meeting for committee members.  Many conservative grassroots activists have emailed me to point out that while the grassroots activists took time to show up, elected members of Congress did not.

It is no secret that the Republican delegation does not get along with Randy Pullen and the current Republican Party in Arizona.  As the grassroots conservatives were the driving force behind Pullen defeating Lisa James for the Chairmanship, it is no wonder they would be quick to point this out.

I reached out to a few congressional staffers and was told that while the Congressmen couldn’t be present (they are attending a meeting to discuss the upcoming year) most if not all sent representatives.  I have confirmed that John Shadegg, Trent Franks and Jeff Flake all had at least one representative in attendance.
